Dr. Medgine Etienne, or better known to her patients as Dr. Gigi, is a practicing dentist in Charlotte, NC. She completed her bachelor's degree at Georgia Southern University. She then continued her pursuit in becoming a dentist by attending dental school at Meharry Medical College. Dr. Gigi advanced her education in the field of dentistry at Columbia University College of Dentistry's AEGD Residency. As a Haitian-American, her passion lies in serving underserved communities. Dr. Gigi shows up for her patients by providing honest care while educating her patients on how to take care of their teeth.

Ose Ituah is the Director of Business Operations at Atrium Health Pineville and a transformational healthcare leader with more than six years of progressive leadership experience. Originally from Compton, California, Ose earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago.

Having spent his entire healthcare career with Advocate Health, Ose is passionate about healthcare advocacy, advancing health equity, and serving underserved communities. He is committed to operational excellence, leadership development, and creating meaningful impact for patients, team members, and the communities he serves. Outside of work, Ose enjoys sports, travel, and spending time with family and friends. He believes leadership is both a privilege and a responsibility and strives each day to lead with purpose, humility, and integrity.

Madison Webb, RN graduated from North Carolina Central University in 2021, where she earned her nursing degree while playing collegiate softball. She began her nursing career in pediatric critical care, working in both the PICU and the Pediatric Emergency Department. She now works as a flight nurse specializing in neonatal and pediatric critical care transport, caring for critically ill patients across a variety of transport settings. She's passionate about pediatric nursing, providing compassionate care, and advocating for her patients and their families.

As Pulsara Wear's motto states, Dr. Kingsley Njoku always shows up. As an Atlanta native, his passion is to serve those in his community, especially those with limited access to healthcare. A graduate of Louisville School of Medicine, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at Atlanta's own Morehouse School of Medicine. For a few years post-training, he worked as a hospitalist at Grady Memorial Hospital, Atlanta's premier public hospital, helping to care for its underserved population. He is now completing a fellowship in Gastroenterology and hopes to contribute to improving colorectal cancer screening and access to GI care.

Dr. Shola Adesoji-Stokes is a Nigerian-American dentist with more than 10 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, and Temple University AEGD Residency, she is experienced in cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through personalized treatment and the latest techniques.

Eileen Carr, MSN, RN, is a first-generation college graduate and the first nurse in her family. She earned her bachelor's degree in Health Informatics from Georgia State University before pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing at Marquette University. Drawing on experience in clinical research, health informatics, and laboratory science, Eileen now works as an Operating Room Nurse, where she is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while advocating for work-life balance as a cornerstone of a sustainable healthcare profession.

Dr. Olatunde “Tunde” Oshikoya is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in Addiction Medicine and Behavioral Health. After graduating with his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Georgia, he obtained his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Florida and then his Doctor of Medical Science degree from A.T. Still University. In his current role, he is responsible for developing protocols and implementing person-centered policies that expand access to evidence-based substance use management for incarcerated and marginalized populations.

Dr. Sharde’ Parkman is an advanced practice nurse practitioner with experience in acute and urgent care. She graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in May 2013 and worked as a registered nurse in post-open-heart, LVAD, and vascular care. In September 2017, she earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from Chamberlain University. She returned to her alma mater, Troy University, and graduated with a Doctor of Nursing Practice in December 2025. Currently, she practices as a corrections and primary care nurse practitioner. In her spare time, she enjoys fitness, travel, singing, self-care days, and time with family and friends.
